The Scholl Concepts Orange Polishing Cap is a semi-rigid closed pore foam cap with high flexibility with the best level of control between conventional polishing caps during the polishing phase. It is the perfect beret for removing holograms caused by previous polishing steps or for removing beret marks from the refining process.

The Orange polishing cap has a very resistant side and is designed for use on rotating machines. Due to its characteristic of closed foam, this beret should not be used in roto orbital machines. Its soft foam of medium density allows a good firmness and control during the polishing process. In combination with S30, it guarantees a high-performance polishing process by removing small beret marks and promoting an unparalleled shine on the surface.
For use on rotating machines, we recommend a variable speed between 600 to 800 RPM. For a superior finish, we recommend a rotation between 600 RPM at the end of the polishing step without the use of pressure, after the product has reached the maximum of its lubrication and abrasive breakage. In this way, holograms and small brands of berets that can occur due to speed and pressure will be eliminated.
