The Alumina Verde heavy cutting beret can be used on rotary and orbital rotating machines, with a highly resistant side. It is recommended for removing granulation, heavy scratches, scratches, oxidation, dripping paint, orange peel and other imperfections. For this, we recommend the use of the compound Alumina Heavy Cut, which matches perfectly with the performance of the Alumina Verde cutting beret, promoting speed and an impeccable finish.
For use on rotating machines, we recommend a variable speed between 1200 to 1800 RPM. For a superior finish, we recommend a rotation between 600 and 800 RPM at the end of the polishing step, after the product has reached its maximum lubrication and abrasive breakage. In this way, holograms and small brands of berets that can occur due to speed and pressure will be eliminated. In Orbital Roto we recommend an initial speed between 4 and 5 for cutting, with speeds between 1 and 2 for finishing.
