The Roxa beret has a very resistant side and is designed for use in orbital and rotating machines. Its medium density foam allows good firmness and control during the polishing process. In combination with S20 it is a perfect combo for polishing in one step and refining, in combination with S3 Gold it forms an aggressive setup capable of removing very deep scratches.
For use on rotating machines, we recommend a variable speed between 800 to 1400 RPM. For a superior finish, we recommend a rotation between 600 and 800 RPM at the end of the polishing step, after the product has reached its maximum lubrication and abrasive breakage. On orbital machines, we recommend speed 3 for cutting with light pressure, ending the process at speed 1 for finishing. In this way, holograms and small brands of berets that can occur due to speed and pressure will be eliminated.
