If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may be able to return the item and get a refund. You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive the selected products / items to initiate a return.
To return an item, check the status of your order on our website or call 48 3346-2214 from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm Brasília time.

Items that cannot be returned:
1. Products with the packaging open;
2. Used product;
3. Products with a broken seal or security seal removed;

Online return process
You will be able to make a return online after the items are shipped and the Invoice is issued.

1. Visit the Order Status online.
2. Log in with your EasyTech ID and password. If you have questions about your EasyTech ID, visit the Your Account section on our website.
3. View the order details that contain the items you want to return.
4. Send an email to [email protected] informing the invoice number, the items you want to return.

Order items will be divided into two groups: those that can be returned online and those that cannot be returned. For each item that can be returned online, you will have to select the item, the reason for the return and if the packaging has been opened.

We will provide a refund of the total amount less inventory replenishment fees, as applicable. You will also need to print a return shipping sticker to put in the box used to return the items.

When the return request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with the return details. You are responsible for shipping the items to EasyTech, including shipping fees. If you have multiple items to return, you can put all of them in a box with the packing slip.
Items must be received at EasyTech headquarters within 14 calendar days from the return request and with an invoice.
As soon as we receive the items intact, we will process the return, issue a refund and send you a return confirmation email.

Refund methods

In order for the refund to be processed, all items in the original order must be shipped. The refund will be issued after the package is received by EasyTech's logistics team. How you process your refund will depend on your original payment method.
Refunds for products paid by credit card will be sent to the card issuing bank within 3 - 5 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package. Contact your card-issuing bank to find out when the amount will be credited to your account.

Payments with boleto bancário will be refunded within fifteen working days from the receipt of the package in the form of a transfer of the amount to the specified bank account.

Incorrect or damaged items
