The market for polishing, crystallization, painting mirroring, automotive detailing is heated. Today, Brazil is a palace of brands of products of all qualities and functionalities, which has also boosted the national industry's competitiveness. Do not be fooled: this market moves a considerable financial volume and is increasingly demanding. Not at all, the sharing of information, exchange of experiences, communications in discussion groups, everything raises the maximum experiences, results and level off the manufacturing and consumption of products, which are increasingly surprising to consumers.

A practical case are the so-called “paint glazers”, nano coatings that give a more rigid protection while preserving the originality of the varnish from physical and chemical influences. A little while ago, it was still discussed what vitrification really is: some called it crystallization of paint, mirroring of paint, among other names that do not describe what in fact it is, basically the application of a vitro-ceramic coating on a piece properly treated and leveled. This is understandable if we imagine how many brands were available on the market 10 years ago. Today, in 2017, we have available on the Brazilian market products imported from various places in the world: Nano Fil, Kisho, Ceramic Pro, CQuartz Car Pro, national brands such as GT1 Ceramic and Insignia 9H (EasyTech Shield), VX45 Range among others. The most incredible thing is that with the increase of the competitiveness this category of products has been offering better prices to the professionals of the branch, mainly the national brands.

Among the products available today in the Brazilian market, there are options for practically all application occasions:

  • 9H glazing with excellent anchoring and physical, chemical and high durability;
  • 5H vitrifiers with physical and chemical resistance and high durability;
  • Glazing units without relevant physical resistance and with excellent capacity for depth of gloss and hydrophobic effect
  • Products based on nano silica for maintenance of vitrifiers.
  • Cleaners with SiO2 for washing and maintaining vitrifiers.

The list just gets bigger and bigger and bigger. 10 years ago what seemed impossible now is reality. But how to choose which is the best, the most efficient? Is it possible to make that choice?

The only answer is: NO! There are performance variables from product to product: some deliver brighter, more physical capacity, more hydrophobic effect, less curing time. Each professional, when faced with his / her need, can search this rich market for a product that best meets his / her specific demand, while for another service he / she can use another brand and so on. The decision is no longer in the factory, the decision is now the best fit to the customer's need.

Today in Brazil a company that leads the way offering complete nano coating solutions is Catarinense EasyTech, located in São José, SC. Pioneers in nano coatings for glass and leather, EasyTech was also the first company to develop nano coatings without the use of toxic solvents, which makes the application feasible for enthusiasts. It was also the first and so far the only Brazilian company to certify its coatings at SGS, the largest company in the world in certification and measurements. A milestone for the Coatings market since this measurement was only given to consolidated brands in the world market. In 2015 Easytech launched the first specific product for application on long-lasting windshields, called RAIN. This launch came along with the first Brazilian product developed for the maintenance of vitrifiers, Stage, which can be used on any glazed surface or not to generate shine and chemical protection, in addition to the super hydrophobic effect. All line for application by professionals and enthusiasts, taking "car care" into the garages of the houses. In 2017 EasyTech also launched the professional line Insignia: a powerful 9H glazing unit with high durability with its hardness tested and certified by SGS. It also launched the MW Insignia, a product developed in partnership with Motors Wash automotive aesthetics, for fast application and durability of up to 1 year. The MW was tested and approved by Quatro Rodas magazine in the section “fulfills what it promises”, reaching note 8.
